Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've purchased this shampoo countless times. I'm not picky enough to buy salon shampoos, but some shampoos can make my scalp itchy or leave a sticky finish that makes styling difficult, so I was looking for a shampoo that was reasonably compatible. I have thick, coarse, and shiny hair. Pros: No itching, no noticeable scalp odor, refreshing scent, good lather, and a smooth finish. Cons: Not many stores sell it, the pump seems a bit under-designed, the treatment has a hard texture that makes it difficult to get the final product out, and I think I'll need other products to repair damage or make my hair more moisturized and manageable. It's not the best, but in a good way, it's a shampoo that makes me think, "This is good enough."
The oiliness and itchiness of my scalp have subsided. I also like the scent.
I bought a single-serving pouch and especially liked the shampoo. It felt smooth and smooth to the touch. I usually have scalp problems, so I use medicated antibacterial shampoos, and the difference was clear. I'd like to use it occasionally to refresh myself.
