Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I also really like Bouncia, but this one is even gentler on the skin, has a more subtle scent, is cheaper, and has no downsides! After buying about six pump bottles, I finally decided to get the extra-large refill. Lol. I think this is good enough for my home.

I've used Milk Soap's solid soap a few times. I bought the pump soap from the drugstore and it was great, so I bought it again. I love how it lathers gently, is moisturizing, and leaves my skin feeling soft after washing. The whole family can use it, so I'd like to continue buying it.
It lathers well and feels soft and fluffy! The soap also has a nice scent. My skin feels a little tight after washing, so moisturizing is essential.
