Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It smells great! It lathers well and rinses off easily. This body soap has a refreshing scent that's perfect for spring, as the weather gets warmer and we head into summer. It would be even better if it also had the effect of preventing sweat and body odor...! Lol
The citrus scent is refreshing and nice. I've been using only this body soap for years. It doesn't irritate my skin and leaves me feeling very refreshed after washing. It's also reasonably priced.
I like this scent more than other Milky scents. The citrus scent is my favorite, and it makes bath time fun. The foam rinses off easily, leaving my skin feeling refreshed.
The moist foam has a pleasant citrus scent and is gentle on the skin.
I've used the Milky series several times. This is my first time trying this scent. I bought the refill because it was cheap. I like Milky because it feels good to use. The foam is thick yet fluffy. It lathers well, reducing friction. It feels gentle on the skin. And the quality is not bad considering the price. Cheap body soaps tend to feel rough as you rinse, but this one leaves your skin feeling moisturized without drying it out. It leaves your skin feeling smooth after rinsing. The only thing that bothered me was the scent. It simply wasn't to my taste. I was expecting a gentler, soapy scent, but it was refreshing, almost pungent... It was just different from what I expected, so it's not bad. Of course, some people will like this scent. I like the feel, so I'll buy it again if it comes in a different scent!
