Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The subtle scent makes it easy to use, and it leaves your skin feeling moisturized after washing. The plush foam can be created with just your hands, which is a nice plus. It doesn't leave your skin feeling tight, and the plump foam gently envelops it. However, it doesn't have the moisturizing feel you'd call "moist," and some people find the scent lacking. The foam tends to run off, and you may feel dry after washing your face. Its cleansing power is mild, so it may not be suitable for those looking for a thorough cleanse.
This is my second purchase because my skin doesn't feel tight or dry after washing, and I also like the creamy texture when lathering. However, one thing that bothers me is that I use it after oil cleansing with makeup remover, and sometimes I feel like I haven't completely removed the makeup from between my eyebrows to around my nose, where there are many pores, so I sometimes have to wash those areas twice. So maybe the cleansing power isn't that strong. But even after washing twice, my skin doesn't feel tight.
I love Attenir's cleansing products, so I bought the face wash to try it out! I lather it up online and use it, and it lathers well. However, the foam is a bit loose, so it washes away quickly, which is a bit of a waste. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing, so that's good.

The scent is gentle and soothing, and my skin feels moisturized and not tight after washing, but I'd say it's just average... I used a sample, so I'd like to try other face washes as well.
