How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't like the scent, but it washes off well
I bought this because I thought it would be something I often use to wash my face when traveling or on the go. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and smooth without any tightness after washing, removes dirt well, and has a soothing scent. It's also good value for money, so I plan to buy it again!
I came across this product by chance while searching for small-packaged skincare products to take on a business trip. I bought the trial kit that included the lotion and face wash to try it out first. The face wash is very pleasant to use, with no tightness on the skin, but the face wash is a bit sticky. However, since I value glycerin-free products, I think I'll continue to use it even if it feels a bit sticky.
I started using this product two years ago after my skin became extremely rough from pollen allergies. Its fluffy lather leaves my skin feeling moisturized and refreshed. My scalp also gets itchy easily, so I've been using it to wash my hair for the past few months. At first, it didn't lather well, but now, without using a conditioner or conditioner, I just apply a little John Masters hair cream to the ends of my hair after washing, and it leaves it soft, moisturized, and smooth. (I have thick, naturally curly hair.) I've also used several different face lotions, and now I don't need oil at all. I used a lot of oils and creams, but I realized that they were actually putting a strain on my skin. Since I started using CAC products, my skin has been in better condition than it's ever been.
