Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had it used at the salon for styling, and it left my hair shiny and manageable, so I loved it and immediately bought it. It's made with natural ingredients like shea butter and damask rose, so the scent isn't too strong. It can be used as a hand cream, wax, or leave-in treatment. I recommend it to anyone who wants a shiny, lustrous look.
I bought it to use as a replacement for wax, but it ended up being sticky. It might be fine if you only apply it lightly.
It's pretty good! I mix it with O-Oil Light and use it ^ - ^ The rose scent is strong and has a slight oxidized smell, but it doesn't bother me -_-
I've been using it for quite some time, but I haven't written a review yet. It's not enough to moisturize on its own, but it can be used to moisturize when you're out or at work. I usually use it to care for my skin after using the toilet during my lunch break. I wonder if it uses natural ingredients that can also be used in hand cream, and I wonder if it could be used by mothers raising children. I'm also thinking that it would be great if it was safe to touch children after using it on their hair, so I'm thinking of giving it to someone expecting a baby. However, like shea butter, it gets quite hard in cold places, so it's a bit difficult to get it out without a spatula, which is a bit of a disappointment. The cute packaging is nice, though.
It softens my hair as soon as I put it in my hands, so I mix it with hair oil and use it to style my hair. I have a loose perm, but it doesn't feel stiff, it gives my hair a natural shine, and keeps the style in place all day, so it's great to use. The scent is also subtle, which I love.
