Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the sweet scent of patchouli lavender vanilla, so I'm happy to be able to incorporate that scent into my bath time too!
I love the scent of patchouli, lavender, and vanilla, so it's soothing to have in the bath. The lovely scent lingers even after I get out of the bath. I'd like to buy it again.
I love this scent so much that I buy everything from SABON, so I also bought the bath balls (^^) As expected, the scent is so nice and soothing! However, since I also buy LUSH bath balls, I can't help but compare them to LUSH... I felt that SABON's bath balls melted very quickly. Personally, I wish they had melted a little slower. I also assumed they would turn cloudy white, but after a while they melted, they barely retained any color. The scent also didn't last as long as I expected, which is disappointing. I probably won't buy it again. I could just enjoy the scent with a scrub or body cream, but if you want to enjoy the scent, color, and bubbles while bathing, I prefer LUSH.
I love the patchouli lavender scent, so I bought this. Sometimes I want to be enveloped in a sweet scent, so I can relax in the bath! The scent lasts a long time. The temperature difference is so big that it warms me up even in summer, and it's a blissful time for me.
