Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

03745 DON'T TOUCH Cool Winter (Deep Winter/Autumn) Face Type: Cute. It's a slightly lighter skin tone. It was a little brighter than I expected, or maybe a little whitish, but it was great as a natural eyeshadow! It also had the long-lasting qualities you expect from a stick.
Above all, it's smooth and the color goes on smoothly. It fits well and doesn't smudge very easily. It's matte, but it's easy to blend without rushing, so it's easy to use. I really like the texture, so I'll consider trying other colors.
P.S.: I'm upgrading my rating. I've been wearing this a lot since I realized it pairs perfectly with purples. I love layering Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow Stick in Lavender over it. It also pairs well with MAC's Color Excess Gel Pencil in Commitment Issue. It neutralizes the purple nicely, creating a cool, light smoky look that will be useful in the coming season. * * * (2025/05/21) 03745 DON'T TOUCH Purchased: I was looking for a matte base stick shadow suitable for cool-toned skin tones, and I bought this. It's a pink-brown that looks quite different from the image, and it's more reddish than I expected. It makes me look a little puffy. It's smooth to apply, easy to create gradations, and lasts well, so I think it's a great product if the color is right for you.
It's an eyeshadow stick, but I use it to blend my eyeliner. After applying pencil liner, I use it by tracing it over the liner, and it blends nicely with the liner, creating a deep color while also hiding any crooked eyeliner. It saves time. I've tried other eyeshadow sticks, but they either didn't blend with the eyeliner or the color ended up covering it up, so this is the best. I think the color was Obilion. It lasted for over a year, even with daily use.
I'd been using High Pigment Longwear Eyeliner 8195 for a long time, but it was discontinued, so I bought this and use it as my eyeliner. Simply draw a line in the center, filling in the gaps between your lashes, and then use a thin eyeliner brush to extend it out to the outer and inner corners of your eyes for a beautiful line. The color is a slightly ash-ish brown, which goes well with the eyeshadows I already have.
