Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

From the first day I used it, my skin condition improved dramatically, and I'm sure I'll be buying it again. In fact, I've purchased 10 doses and am continuing to use it. I can see the results of my skin becoming whiter, and what's more, it makes my skin feel so supple and soft, and it's amazing how it gives off such a beautiful glow! I think it's a good idea to use this pack repeatedly on special occasions. It's cheaper than going to a beauty salon and the effects last longer. The pack drips at first, but once you get used to it, it's no longer a problem. I always end up with leftovers, so I think it would be better to use a little less.
It's recommended for special care or as a gift. It lasts for an hour, but after using it, your skin will feel moisturized and supple, and your makeup will go on better the next day.
I use it on special occasions. I'm not sure about the results yet, but it feels great when I peel it off.
I thought my skin was in good condition, but it was dull! I was shocked at how much clearer it became after using it. What's more, the results lasted for about three days. I immediately bought more. It's quite expensive, but I think it's worth it. I also like the process of mixing the gel, applying it, leaving it on for an hour, and peeling it off, as it feels like a thorough treatment.
