This is a refill. What do I need?
It is a 36ml refill, so the dispensing bottle is not included. You will need the Orbis Advanced Brightening Serum bottle it refills. If you already have it, transfer the refill as directed on the pack.
How is this different from a spot-prevention serum?
Beyond helping prevent new spots, its medicated active is designed to break up existing melanin clusters and support their removal through turnover, so it targets dark spots that have already settled in.
When do I use it in my routine?
Apply it after toner and before your emulsion or moisturizer, morning and night. In the morning, always follow with sunscreen, since brightening care works best alongside daily UV protection.
Is it sticky or heavily fragranced?
No. It is a lightweight, non-sticky serum and is fragrance-free and paraben-free, so it suits people who dislike scented or tacky products. It layers easily under the rest of your routine.

On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does international shipping take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan. As of 22 July 2026:

Yes. We offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

After purchasing POLA's White Shot for the first time, I noticed some results, but was worried about continuing to use it because it was expensive.
