Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

First of all, the design and packaging are cute! I've been using a SHISEIDO eyelash curler until now. This one looked good and was a similar price, so I bought it to try it out. Compared to the SHISEIDO, this one is slightly wider, slightly longer, and smaller in depth. When I tried it out, it opened well! Compared to the SHISEIDO, it has a wider range of motion, the handle feels narrower, it's lighter to use, and the coating is smoother, so it doesn't get oily or powdery from eyeshadow on it. Personally, I find it easy to use and it curls my eyelashes well, so I'm happy with it! Ririmew's logo and design are both cute. I'd like to buy other products in the future!

It's been a while since I last applied mascara, so I used the eyelash curler I had at home, but it didn't curl my lashes at all... I saw reviews and saw people using it on YouTube, so I thought it looked easy to use, and decided to buy it. I'd been using one from the 100 yen store, but I was surprised at how well it fit the shape of my eyes and how beautifully it curled my lashes! It was so easy to use, and didn't require much effort! The gold color is cute, so I'm glad I bought it ^_^
