Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I thought the two-tone design was cute and the puff stand was convenient, so I bought it as a set with the stand (sold separately). The stand is very convenient! I'm not particularly particular about how I use the puff, so I thought a different puff might be fine for the price, but this one is cute with its round pink color.
I already had this and liked it so much that I bought another one. It's soft, feels good on the skin, and the shape is easy to use. I also use &be puffs, but I prefer this one because it's softer.

It's neither good nor bad, and I won't be buying it again. The squishy part on the flattest surface (bottom) is good, but the pointed side is hard to use! It doesn't cover the small areas like under the eyes, and the mysterious step on the pointed side makes it hard to use.
