Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a fairly thick lotion, but after a while it's absorbed into the skin, so it's a refreshing lotion that's not sticky or oily, which is great. It seems to suit me (I have sensitive skin and rosacea), and I've been using it many times because it doesn't cause any redness or other skin problems. Because it's a large quantity, I sometimes use it as a face mask by dipping a compressed face mask in the liquid, and my skin feels much better the next morning, so it's also good for special care. It's a large quantity, good value for money, alcohol-free, and glycerin-free (glycerin can irritate my skin), so it's gentle on the skin and contains ingredients that are effective in preventing acne and blemishes, which I highly recommend.
