Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was effective against acne that was just starting to form. It's convenient because you can use it over makeup.
My skin condition periodically worsens due to my irregular lifestyle, but after using this product for a few days on the type of acne that always gets worse, it didn't get any worse and I think it was thanks to this that it didn't leave any scars. It would be nice if I could go to a dermatologist right away when acne appears, but sometimes that's not convenient, so this product, which I can use easily to prevent it from getting worse, seems like it will be very useful.
I think it's effective in preventing acne. I was quite impressed when I used it for the first time. When you feel like you're about to get a pimple, your skin feels itchy, right? I tried applying this there, and immediately my skin felt soothed! Is this the effect of the skin-beautifying bacteria? I think it's only effective on acne that has already formed, so I use Pair Acne Cream, but I also use this as a preventative measure before it appears. It's a clear, smooth gel, and very easy to use.
For some reason, I started getting acne, so I bought this product because I thought it would be great to be able to use it during the day over my makeup. I can just apply it to the areas that bother me without worrying about my makeup, so it's easy to use and it seems to keep my acne from getting worse!
I got a pimple right after I bought it, so I tried using it. It didn't turn white when I applied it, so it didn't stand out even after I put on makeup, which was great. It didn't heal immediately, but when I applied it in the morning and checked it at night, the redness of the pimple had decreased, so I thought it might be working. I'll continue using it.
