Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had the case from a few years ago, so I tried to use it with a refill, but it seemed to have been redesigned and the shape had changed, so I couldn't use it. The serum itself leaves my skin feeling firm and firm the next morning.

My skin has a refined texture and is in good condition! I'd also compare it to smooth, baby-like skin. I'm happy to see my bare face in the morning. Plus, the effects are immediate! It's oil-based, but not sticky and smooth. It's a serum that you'll want to keep on hand because you can really see the effects.
