Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used up the sample size of Lancome's lotion! This lotion alone is great for moisturizing my skin! It was absorbed quickly! When I looked closely, I saw that it contained pearls. I didn't like the scent because it was fermented.
It doesn't spread much when applied. I can't expect much in terms of moisturizing. I think it does have a skin-beautifying effect.
I received a sample after trying it out along with the lotion and serum from the same series. The scent of the lotion and serum bothered me, but the milky lotion didn't. It penetrates deeply and blends smoothly into the skin. However, since the lotion and serum were not great, I can't imagine using only this product, so I won't be purchasing it.
I used the mini size of the foundation kit. It's a translucent milky lotion with a slightly gel-like texture. I didn't mind the scent. It's moisturizing but not sticky. I think it's good for summer, before sunscreen or foundation. I think it's good for the coming season.
I don't often find emulsions that I find appealing, but this one was great. It's a yellowish emulsion with just the right amount of viscosity and not sticky. It's perfect for summer. The instructions say to avoid using it around the eyes, but I didn't experience any irritation at all. My skin feels somehow better after using it. I'm not sure about the whitening effect yet, but I'm looking forward to continuing using it.
