How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin has become sensitive due to the topical medication prescribed by a dermatologist for acne treatment, and no matter what sunscreen I use, it always ends up itchy. This was a problem. My mother used this product, so I tried it out and was able to get through the day without itching. My skin sometimes gets dry in the evening and it gets a little itchy, but it's much better than before. However, if I don't apply it thoroughly, it turns completely white, so I try to apply it carefully.
I accidentally bought the regular version instead of the non-chemical one I usually use. I thought there wouldn't be much difference, but I was pleasantly surprised! First of all, it's super easy to spread - it spreads like starch syrup. Secondly, it doesn't leave a white cast - it feels easier to blend in than the non-chemical version. I don't have any major skin problems other than occasional acne or clogged pores, so I was able to use the non-chemical version without any issues. Considering its gentleness and ease of use, I think it's great and plan to buy it again.
It leaves a slight white cast, but I use it because it seems to be gentle on the skin. I use it as my sunscreen, especially at home, and when I go out outside in the summer, I apply 2e sunscreen cream and then a regular sunscreen.
I have sensitive skin and go to a dermatologist. It's getting hotter every day, so I was looking for a sunscreen with a high SPF rating for sensitive skin. I trust Shiseido sunscreen, so I bought this. It's very moisturizing, but it doesn't spread well, so it takes a long time to apply every time. It also tones up a little, making my skin look beautiful. It also pairs well with foundation. Other than the fact that it doesn't spread well, I'm happy with it.
