What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I always keep this on hand because it doesn't sting or itch no matter how rough my skin is. However, it's not moisturizing enough on its own, but I feel like it's one of the more moisturizing glycerin-free lotions.
I discovered this product when my sensitive skin was suffering from severe irritation. It doesn't sting at all, is alcohol-free, gentle, and has a slightly thick texture that deeply moisturizes. My skin irritation is gradually improving, and the cost performance is also very good, so I plan to continue using it!!!
I found this when I was looking for a glycerin-free lotion. It's thick, so I bought it because I felt my skin needed more moisture in the winter, but it's so moisturizing that it's a lifesaver.
It's just average. I find this one bottle isn't enough, so I use it with other lotions. It might be good for my middle school-aged child, but I won't be buying it again.
I have sensitive skin that tends to get rough easily, but I was able to use it without any irritation. It's comfortable to use and I'm very satisfied.
