Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's comfortable to apply. I haven't seen any Vitamin C products sold near me, so I bought it.
I was looking for a serum with excellent value for money! It's not sticky, smooth, and very easy to apply. It also helps prevent rough skin, pores, acne, and blemishes, so I think it's great value for the price. I recommend it for those who are using a serum for the first time, or who are happy with a cheap one!
I was using a pure white soy milk isoflavone serum (with a white lid), but I noticed that it was no longer available, so I bought this one. The one I was using before was a white liquid like a lotion, but this one is clear. It contains a variety of active ingredients and feels moisturizing on the skin. And for the price, I'm very satisfied. I use it on my neck. As an adult, I'm more prone to eczema on my neck than my face, but this one is completely non-irritating and very easy to use. My neck doesn't feel dry or dull when I touch it, so I plan to use this one unless I come across something better.
It's not very moisturizing, so I use it in the morning instead of at night.
I'm grateful that this product can be used in a variety of ways, serving as a primer, lotion, and serum all in one bottle. Whitening care and preventing rough skin are always essentials, so I use it morning and night. It's not like this product alone will dramatically change the condition of my skin, but it does seem to support my skin's condition behind the scenes. Its primer effect also makes it easier for other thick products to blend in, which is helpful. I'd like to keep buying it, so it would be even better if it came in a larger size or refill.
