Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been looking for a large-volume moisturizer for my face and body, as the air conditioning causes severe dryness. Houttuynia cordata cream (500ml) dries out after an hour or two of application. This one is a bit smaller at 150g, but it's definitely more moisturizing. It's just right for my body, but a bit heavy for my face. But maybe this size is just right for this season. Unlike Curel, it's completely odorless.

I was originally using a whomee body cream, but I used it up in no time, so I was looking for something with better value for money, and I tried this product, which was a bit more affordable. It has a more balm-like texture than Whomee, and it spreads better and feels more moisturizing, so I like it. The difference in value is only a few hundred yen, so it's a bit of a stretch, but since I only need to use a small amount each time, I think it's a good deal overall.
