Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a colorless bath additive. That's a bit disappointing, but it has a slimy feeling when you're in the bath, and it feels like your skin is getting moisturized. (Is it just my imagination? lol) It also feels warm and cozy, so I think it would be good for the cold, dry winter. I'll try using it for a while.
I like carbonated bath salts, so I first purchased the [Assorted 4 Tablets]. It says it takes 10 minutes to dissolve, and it does indeed dissolve quite slowly, creating a lot of bubbling carbonation. I like the gentle, thorough warmth from the inside out and the lack of a strong aftertaste. The only real issue is the scent...it initially had a strong scent, but once you soak in the bath, it was barely scented, which is a bit disappointing...
It takes a while for the tablet to dissolve in your body after being chilled by the air conditioner, but the violet and herbal scent makes bathing enjoyable. At first, the water becomes cloudy as the tablet dissolves, but once the tablet has dissolved, the water becomes clear. I felt that soaking my body, which had been chilled to the core by the air conditioner, for about 10 minutes in the bathtub warmed it up and helped me get a good night's sleep. I used the one that came in the Ploom box.
I used the one that came in the Bloom Box. I put it in the bathtub and it definitely dissolved over about 10 minutes. The scent was great. It had two different scents at once: a refreshing, sweet citrus-like scent and a refreshing, medicinal, herbal scent! I think the benefits to the body (?) are also due to the fact that you warm up by soaking in the bath for a long time. However, while it has a faint scent until it dissolves, the scent disappears once it has dissolved. It doesn't have any color, so the water is colorless and odorless after it has dissolved. Personally, I think the scent could be a little stronger (^^;;
