Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I used "Mayu." It has a mild scent, but also a "weak" one. I can't really tell unless I smell the bag the tablets came in. The scent itself is nice, but it's barely noticeable. Maybe my nose is a bit dull. If I use it with a strong-smelling shampoo or body soap, I can't smell it at all. I wish the scent was a little stronger. Or I wish they made a body soap version (I like the scent, basically).
I won a gift from Suzykirei and received this. Thank you so much! I tried it and the scent was so good I bought it again! It's the perfect scent for when you want to feel relaxed.
It's interesting that the larger tablets take different amounts of time to dissolve. I feel like my skin feels moisturized after a bath.
I first tried it because it came with a magazine attachment. I like both scents, but personally, I preferred the Neroli & Lilac one! I'm busy raising my kids, so I'm always busy taking baths, but those three minutes were a great time for relaxation (^^). "Mayu no Naka" is also a slow-dissolving bath additive, so I naturally spent a long time in the tub. It warmed me up.
