How to use
握紧瓶身，上下摇晃至两层完全混合。取适量（约1.5毫升，直径约3厘米）于掌心，轻轻按压于全脸。然后，再取相同量于掌心，涂抹于干燥等需要护理的部位。建议每次使用量约为3毫升。您也可以用化妆棉蘸取适量涂抹。使用时，请取适量涂抹于化妆棉上，直至完全浸湿。如需特别护理，也可将其作为化妆棉敷面膜使用。*使用前请务必摇匀，以确保有效成分均匀渗透至角质层。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

KANEBO Skin Harmonizer is a toner that has a refreshing feel yet thoroughly soothes the skin. It spreads smoothly and moisturizes the skin without leaving any sticky feeling. My skin is prone to both oily and dry, but with continued use, I feel like both shine and dryness are less of a concern. It doesn't irritate my skin even when it's prone to irritation, and I feel reassured that it helps condition it. Easy to use morning and night, it's a reliable foundation for skin care.
I feel it is effective against acne and skin imbalances. I tend to get acne on my face line, so I was a lotion refugee, but this lotion penetrates my skin very well and improves my skin condition. I put out a few drops and press it into my skin with my hands, so it doesn't run out much and is good value for money.
I had been avoiding oil-containing products until now, but my skin irritation has calmed down and I'm feeling great using this.
I've bought this lotion many times since it was released. It feels lighter than On Skin Essence V or F, but it seems to have stabilized my skin condition. It's also relatively affordable, so I'm happy that I can use a lot of it.
