Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because my hair was damaged. It made my dry, brittle hair smooth! However, I'm not sure if it really moisturized the ends and the surface of my hair... I've only just started using it, so I'll give it a try!

After towel-drying, I applied it and it left my hair feeling moisturized and smooth. It's not heavy or moisturizing, but light and smooth. It even stayed good the next day. Even after a while, there was no strange roughness from the ingredients, and it felt nice to the touch. It almost felt like it was coated. The scent was elegant and pleasant, just a faint scent. I recommend it to anyone looking for smooth, manageable hair.
It blends smoothly into your hair, coating each strand. It's not too sticky, so it dries easily even when you use a hair dryer! I wet my hair again in the morning to fix my bedhead, and the milk coating remains until morning, so I can really feel that it protects my hair from friction while I sleep.
I like trying out different hair care products, but this is so good I couldn't live without it. It smells great and keeps my hair feeling smooth until I wash it the next day. I like to mix it with Orbis hair milk!
