Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The amount of bristles is perfect, and it's palm-sized and easy to hold, but it's too big to fit into (probably most) powder foundation compacts. I wish it were about 1cm narrower. Alternatively, if it came with a dedicated case, it would be easier to put in a pouch. Also, as I've seen in other reviews, since it's a tool that you apply to your face at a slight angle, the angular parts can sometimes touch your skin. It would be even better if it were a little more rounded. I mentioned some things I'd like to see improved, but I like it and will continue to use it. If it's renewed, I'd like to purchase it again.
I bought this to use as a pressed powder. It was fluffy and easy to apply. I could have stored it in my powder case, but it was a little too big for that, so I store it in a small, airtight bag.
It's better than the price! The bristles are fluffy and the powder is applied to the skin beautifully. I'd like to buy another one to carry around with me.
I bought some Ihada powder and was told that it's better to use a brush rather than the puff that came with it, so I bought this one, which is a perfect fit. The bristles are dense and easy to use.
I bought this for my IHADA powder. It fits in the case, but it's a tight fit. I like that it applies thinner than a puff.
