Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It lasts a long time. I received it as a gift from a friend at the end of last year and have been using it every day since, and I still have more than half left. It's not running out. Now that it's my second winter, this lip balm alone has made my lips dry. But it's not gone, so I can't just throw it away, which is a problem. The cardboard container has become worn and dirty with oil. It's light and small, so it might be good for heavy users who carry it around with them.
I'm using uka's Mint Talk lip balm. It's the best, and nothing else will satisfy me. I'm not a fan of mint-based products because they tend to be too harsh, but this one has uka's original refreshing scent and a cool, refreshing smell that I want to keep smelling. The balm deeply moisturizes my lips and has a tremendous relaxing effect. I was initially a little hesitant about the eco-friendly paper packaging, but it's actually very sturdy and comfortable to use. It's very simple—you press the bottom with your finger from underneath to dispense the desired amount of balm—but it stays firmly in place and stays in place until you finish using it. The round, low profile is also cute. I absolutely love it.
