Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love athletia and use a variety of their products! The cleansing cream is a type that doesn't require double cleansing. It gently removes makeup without drying out the skin. However, it doesn't completely remove waterproof mascara, so a point makeup remover is essential. This is a great item because it also removes makeup while massaging. The scent is a bit citrusy, but it's a bit unique (although once you get used to it, it doesn't bother you). I love it so much that I want to buy it again and again♪
It was just right for the time from mid-winter to spring! The price was also reasonable, so I could use it every day without hesitation. I was glad to feel that it was thoroughly cleansing my face and that it removed all kinds of impurities. I also liked the scent!
I saw it ranked in a feature somewhere, so I was intrigued and bought it. It has a herbal scent. It's a cleansing cream, but it removes makeup to a certain extent and leaves a gentle finish. It can also be used as a face wash, which I personally think is better. I would like to use it as a face wash, but honestly I don't think it's a good value for the money. I don't think I'll be repurchasing it.
It didn't sting my skin when I applied it, and it didn't dry out my skin after washing. However, the scent is strong. The main scents were grapefruit and berry, so I thought it would be fruity, but it actually smelled like a forest scent. This may be because it was my first time buying Athletia, so that's why I felt that way. I just like how it feels to use.
