Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I read the reviews and was intrigued, so I bought it. It doesn't fluff, and can be used to remove nail polish. I wonder if it's a little hard, but I think it's good for lotions that aren't as thick as water, as it doesn't absorb too much liquid. It comes in a cardboard box, so I think it's best not to store it in a humid place.
I like large sizes, so I've been using Matsukiyo's private brand products until now, but I decided to try this cotton. It's thick, durable, and doesn't pill easily, even though it's more than double the price. It also feels like organic cotton, which is kind of exciting. It's a bit of a waste to think that it's twice the price of what I usually buy, but I'm sure I'll buy it again.
I've been searching for cotton pads for a long time, and this one feels softer than other companies' cotton pads. It feels like it sticks to my skin, and while the size isn't ideal for a cotton pad, it's stretchy enough to be useful! I'll continue my search for cotton pads.
I thought it was thick and easy to use. I didn't notice much pilling. I also like that it's organic.
I've repurchased so many boxes that I can't even count them. I feel uneasy when I don't have any stock. There's no pilling, which is common with organic cotton, and the cotton is dense and absorbs lotion very well. It's the best cotton I've ever used. I feel it's a waste to use it for cleansing, so I use Rosy Rosa cotton instead. I think the volume and price are a good balance. I'll continue to repurchase.
