Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The powder quality is amazing, and I'm so happy that I can now apply my favorite eyeshadows, including my favorite SUQQU eyeshadows, even more beautifully. I also liked the way Odagiri Hiro showed me using it on my lips in his video.
I was struggling to decide on an eyeshadow base, and decided on SUQQU because they were reasonably priced. The texture is a little hard, but it spreads beautifully on my eyelids. I have SUQQU eyeshadow palettes in Hikarikure, Yohkoiro, and Yuu Kohaku, but I felt that Yuu Kohaku was the most effective. The color is strong and lasts well, so I'd like to continue using it for a while.
I've been using Lunasol's eyelid base for a long time, but recently I've only been using Suqqu eyeshadow, so I decided to get a primer as well, so I bought this. I'm not used to it yet, so while I hesitate, it dries out and becomes difficult to spread, making it difficult to apply thinly to the entire eyelid, and sometimes I apply too much and it smudges. I'll consider whether to buy it again once I've mastered it.

I'm a repeat customer. Before using this, I had trouble with eyeshadow accumulating in the grooves of my double eyelids and the color transferring to my eyelids. Since I started using the Eye Enhancing Primer, I no longer have to worry about that. I think I'll continue using it in the future.
