Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I lost my favorite 100-yen shop eyebrow brush, so I quickly bought this SUQQU eyebrow brush...it's amazing!! It takes a while to get used to eyebrow brushes, but this one gave me the look I wanted in one go! It's sharp and smudge-free, so it creates the eyebrows I want! It's easy to make them thin or thick, so I'm so glad I bought this eyebrow brush! It's easier to draw than ever before! Stress-free! Even on busy mornings, I was able to draw them quickly and with ease. I wonder if other brushes are good? This is the first time I've bought a SUQQU brush, but I'm starting to get interested in their other products, so I'll consider them! I'm starting to think that if I have a SUQQU brush, I might be able to pull off the difficult SUQQU eyeshadow palettes lol That's how good it is!
I bought this as an eyebrow brush. It's so easy to use!!! I found that a thicker brush would make it easier to draw the beginning of my brows, but when I tried this brush, I was able to draw both the beginning and the end of my brows!! I love it!

I bought this product because it had such high reviews. According to the official description, it's a brush that can draw delicate lines. However, for some reason, I can't draw thin lines. The color only applies very lightly and vaguely, making it difficult to draw the end of my brows. Curious, I checked a video by an Instagrammer who recommended this product, and it clearly drew a thin line with one stroke. Many reviews also mention that it can draw thin lines beautifully. At first, I thought it was just my lack of skill, but I think there might be individual differences between products. For now, I'll use it to apply a soft coat of color to areas other than the end of my brows... (lol) P.S. I called the beauty advisor to confirm. Apparently, it can be difficult to apply color to the brush bristles at first. However, in my case, washing it multiple times didn't make a difference. While it's possible to draw a slightly thinner line by using the edge of the brush at a sharper angle to the skin, pencils and other brushes are easier and produce a neater finish. It's a bit disappointing...
