Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been blindly using Shiseido's eyelash curler on repeat since I was in high school, and this was my first time switching. It's so good, I've never thought "I wish I'd found this sooner" in my life! It clamps from the inner corner to the outer corner of my eye in one go, and it really lifts my lashes. The elastic band is so stiff I wondered if I could really curl my lashes with it, but it really does lift my lashes beautifully.
I've been using it for about 20 years now, so it's lasting a long time! Lol I love how easy it is to hold my eyelashes in place. The price hasn't changed since then, which I think is amazing, but it seems like they're going to raise the price in the upcoming price revision. I'll just buy replacement rubbers at the store and keep using it until it breaks!

My eyelashes are quite stiff, and even when I curl them, they go back to their original shape immediately. When I tried this in store, I was surprised to find that the curl stayed for several hours even without mascara! It fits well and is an eyelash curler that I can use every day.
It's been a while since I bought a new eyelash curler. I chose this one because of the good reviews. What surprised me was that there was absolutely no risk of pinching my eyelids! I think this is safe for beginners. Following the official instructions, I pressed the top firmly against the lashes, pinching them near the base, but they didn't hit my eyelids at all. Furthermore, perhaps because the curve and width were just right, it curled even the short lashes at the outer corners of my eyes. It also made applying mascara easier, and that alone made it worth the purchase! While the Laura Mercier lashes give me dolly-looking curls, this one lifts them from the root and stretches them out. If you get it right, you can achieve a sophisticated fan-shaped lash, but the curl may fall out quickly. The unique shape and feel are completely different from other lash curlers, so I'm still getting used to using it, but I'll keep practicing.
