Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the large size, the fact that it doesn't pill, and the feel of it. It's expensive for cotton, so I can't buy it often, but using it makes me feel good.
It's nice that it's large, but it gets quite fuzzy. This happens even when you press it gently, so it's really frustrating. Disappointing.
I was glad that it didn't fall out even when I used lotion.
I bought this while accompanying a friend, thinking I'd never used it before. I always have three or four types of cotton rubber on hand, but I was looking for a replacement due to Chanel's ridiculous price hike. So, hmmm, I wasn't disappointed, but I wasn't excited either. It's a little hard, but the size is perfect, and the quality is good. I wish it was a little softer. It's 1,000 yen, so does that mean I have to spend at least 1,000 yen to get this quality? It's difficult to say.
I bought this as a novelty item at a discounted price. I don't like fuzzy cotton, so I've been using DHC's lint-free cotton for many years. When I asked the beauty advisor if this cotton would lint, she said, "It doesn't lint, and it's gentle enough to be used on babies." I took her word for it and bought it. It was indeed soft to the touch and seemed like it could be used on babies, but it linted up like crazy. I love SUQQU products, but I won't be repurchasing this cotton.
