Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to moisturize my child's lips. Because it comes in a tube, it's more hygienic than prescription Vaseline. I bought some for myself last year and used it on my lips, but after a year, I started to notice a noticeable smell. Perhaps bacteria had gotten in through the tube? This isn't just a case of using cosmetics quickly, but I've learned that it's more hygienic to use them quickly.

I bought this because I wanted a Vaseline that was easy to carry around. It doesn't leak, so I can carry it with me without worry, even in the summer when Vaseline tends to loosen up. Of course, I think it's moisturizing enough to be used as a portable moisturizer. I use it for more than just lip care, so I don't apply it directly to my lips. I'm also happy that it reduces the amount of luggage I need to carry. Since it can be used all over the body, I also carry it with me as a portable disaster preparedness item. I mix it with water and apply a very thin layer (be careful with the amount) when my skin gets itchy or dry, as a hand cream, or when my hair gets frizzy while I'm out and about. I've been buying it for years and carrying it with me. I recommend it.
