How to use
1. 将双手沾湿，取适量洁面乳（约3厘米）于掌心。2. 少量多次加水，揉搓至泡沫丰富，水泡与空气充分融合，形成乒乓球大小的泡沫。3. 将泡沫涂抹于易出油的肌肤部位，用泡沫轻柔地清洁整个面部，仅用双手和肌肤之间的泡沫进行按摩。（大约需要30-60秒）4. 用温水轻柔彻底地冲洗干净。5. 冲洗后，用毛巾轻轻拍干，切勿用力揉搓，以去除多余水分。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample (30g) when I purchased the Skin Peel and Essence C set at Plaza and used it. The good points are: It lathers well with just a small amount (even without a net), the foam is fine and feels nice on the skin, and it rinses off quickly, leaving my skin feeling refreshed without feeling tight. The fact that it rinses off quickly is extremely helpful! Since I often have trouble with residue, I'd like to purchase the full size. The price is reasonable and the cost performance seems good.
