Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have very curly hair and have trouble styling it in the morning, so I bought this product after reading the reviews here. I don't really like the scent, but it's only temporary so it's not a problem. I don't see any dramatic results, but I like how easy it is to use.
I used to buy it at Seikatsu Club, but they don't stock it regularly, so I bought some more at Suzykirei. I've been using it for so long that I can't even count how many bottles I have. I'm concerned about strong artificial fragrances irritating my skin and causing health problems, but this hair mist has a natural scent that doesn't linger, so I can use it with peace of mind.
I bought this to combat dry winter hair. It contains oil and is a two-layer formula, so I shake it well before use, and it seems to suit my hair very well. The fine mist not only moisturizes, but also contains just the right amount of oil, making it light and easy to run your fingers through, and giving it a nice shine. It was better than I expected, so I plan to buy a refill as well. By the way, it doesn't have any setting power, and it only provides a treatment effect. The scent isn't very strong and doesn't linger, so I think it's good because the scent won't mix with the mousse or wax I use for styling my hair. The amount is a little less than regular hair water.
