Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It definitely didn't bother my scalp. The moment I smelled it, I was transported back to those days. Thank you for taking me back in time. But now my scalp feels like it's bothering me. It makes my scalp pimples, so maybe I have too much oil. I won't be discouraged, and if I ever feel like going back to those days, I might buy it again. Thank you.
This moist type is perfect for my hair type (it's coarse and thick) as it keeps it in place and I keep buying it again! It also has a fruity scent that I like.
It works on straight, hard, thick hair without damaging it. It's moisturizing but not too heavy, so if you like a heavier finish, it might not be enough for you. The scent is universally appealing and soothing every time you wash. I think it lathers up quite well. My hair has improved since I started with Botanist Moist Shampoo, followed by Ceratis Treatment, and then Shiro Hair Oil.
