Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The one I was using never seemed to run out, so I've only just started using it half a year after receiving it. The scent is not too sweet, just right. It lathers well and is comfortable to use, but it does make my scalp a little itchy or sticky. The foam is amazing, so maybe it's drying out my scalp because it's too cleansing? I have no other complaints, so I'd like to use it for a while longer.
I use it together with Botanist shampoo. After shampooing, I lightly dry my hair, apply one pump to the entire hair, then spread it with a comb, and apply another pump to the ends of the hair. I leave it on while I wash my body and then rinse. That's how I use it. I've been using it for about a month. I feel like my hair is smoother and a little softer. Personally, I want it to be shinier, so I'll try a different type.
I use the shampoo and treatment as a set. It lathers well and is refreshing enough to use in any season. I personally prefer a milder scent, but it leaves my hair feeling smooth, so I keep buying it.
My hair tends to get dry and brittle, but using this shampoo and treatment makes it smooth and feels great to the touch. It smells great too!
I tried the single-use size before purchasing the full-sized product. I like it because it has a nice scent and leaves your skin feeling smooth.
