Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It's neither good nor bad, and very good. I'm not a fan of super moisturizing body washes like LUSH's, but this one has just the right amount of moisturizing power, but it also rinses off thoroughly, so I like it. It's the kind of body soap that often leaves you thinking, "I just ran out, but I forgot to buy more!", so I'm grateful I was able to get it with the points back. I plan to keep using this for a while.
It lathers well and doesn't dry out the skin.
I've been using this for almost 20 years, since I was at home! I sometimes use other body soaps, but I always come back to this one! There are a wide variety of scents, so I use one depending on my mood!
The refill is only enough for about 1.5 uses. I keep buying it.
