Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because my skin gets rough during the change of seasons. The scent is luxurious and my family loves it.
Even in the summer, my arms and legs get dry, so I chose a mild soap. It seems like it can be used by the whole family.
The scent was nice and the foam was fluffy.
The dense, fluffy foam feels great. It's getting to be a dry season, so I hope it will moisturize my skin. It feels good to use, so I'm glad I bought it. I would have preferred a fresher scent.
I usually use other body washes for sensitive skin. I bought this product because it was good value for money, but it irritated me a little and the cleansing power was too strong for my skin. I think it would be okay in the summer when my skin isn't as sensitive. I think it's milder than regular Dove products.
