Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not sticky and has a light application that feels great. I've tried a lot of lip balms, but this one leaves my lips in the best condition! Sometimes lip balms can leave my lips dry or not moisturizing enough, but this one seems to suit me and I'm happy with it. I'd like to buy it again.
It's not sticky, but it leaves a glossy finish. I use it as a lipstick base and before bed. As for the moisturizing effect, I think applying it more generously in the winter helps it last longer. I also like that it's not sticky in the summer.
Comfortable to use
It's fragrance-free and spreads easily, so I've bought several bottles. It's neither too heavy nor too light, but it's not so heavy that I feel I have to use it all the time.
Compared to the same Nivea product with a yellow lid, I like this one better because it feels more moisturizing. It's smooth and moisturizing, and I think it's easy to use. It slides a little on top as a lip primer, so I think it's best for casual replenishment of moisture during the day. To prevent inflammation caused by dryness, I think it's good to apply a protective film with the oily yellow lid after hydrating with the watery type.
