Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even more than the product description suggests, this foam creates a rich, creamy lather that gently cleanses your face. I usually use foaming products, but this is the first time I've used one that lathers so well and is so creamy. My skin feels moisturized after washing, which is great. I definitely want to use it again.
I was a bit worried about the name "Witch Factory," but it's a reasonable price and the feel is flawless. The white cream has just the right amount of consistency and lathers up nicely and is very soft and smooth! The lather envelops my skin, leaving it feeling clean without any strain. ☆ It's an easy-to-use face wash that doesn't leave my skin feeling tight.
