Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The texture is thick, making this a highly moisturizing lotion that's perfect for the dry winter months! Until now, even after applying my skincare routine in the morning, I would feel dryness around my mouth and eyes when I was outside, but since using this lotion, I feel like the dryness has been reduced. It doesn't sting even when applied to dry skin, and it's very mild and comfortable to use.
I think I have sensitive skin, but it doesn't irritate my skin. It feels like it's moisturizing. However, it's difficult to dispense, which is stressful. I switched from a mist type to this, but the convenience of a mist is unbeatable. You just turn it upside down and shake it a few times, and it dispenses in amounts, so it's easy to blend. It's thick, but not sticky, which is great.
It's not enough for dry or mature skin. In my opinion, it might be difficult to use unless you're relatively young or have skin that's well-hydrated. It would be a waste not to use it, so I'm going to use it after another affordable, highly moisturizing lotion, double-plying it until the very end.
