Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a soft, milky serum. It spreads over the entire face with two pumps and is absorbed smoothly. The morning after I started using it, I felt like the pores on my cheeks had tightened. After two or three days, my skin's surface became smoother, and the overall dullness seemed to have cleared up. I don't think it has any particular effect on wrinkles, as I had hoped. It's been about a month since I started using it, and I'm not feeling the same effect as I did at first, perhaps because my skin has gotten used to it. It's a little pricey, so I'm thinking about whether to buy it again.
It has a refreshing feel but is also moisturizing. I don't know if it has any other effects, but I will continue to use it until it runs out.
I'm a repeat customer! I recommend this product for those new to retinol. It's pleasant to use and has a lovely scent, so I'll continue using it. The wrinkles around my eyes have improved with continued use. I'll continue using it.
I bought it because it was really cheap at the outlet and the packaging was cute. It's white in color, has a milky texture, and a lovely aromatic scent, which I really like. After using it for about two weeks, I noticed that the pores on my cheeks were less noticeable. I was so happy that I bought three more bottles to stock up on. I hope it also works on wrinkles.
