Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I once tried a mini size as a magazine supplement and loved how smooth it made my skin, so I bought the full size. When I use it, the first thing that relaxes me is the scent of the yuzu peel water used as an ingredient, and the scrub is so gentle and non-irritating, unlike anything I've used before, and if used properly I don't think it puts much strain on my skin. I love how smooth, silky and refreshing my skin feels after rinsing, and although I can't use it every day, I use it about 2-3 times a week! It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after rinsing. I wonder why such a gentle scrub isn't more popular...
I liked the mini size in a magazine, so I bought the full size, but when I tried it, I was a bit disappointed. First of all, the scent is a bit off-putting, and I don't really like it. It has a strong scent. It has a soft, agar-like texture. The feeling after washing was also average. I also experienced a tingling sensation under my nose.
I received a sample at the store and was happy to buy it. It's so gentle and smooth, like a gel, that it makes you wonder, "Wait, is this really a gommage?" I'm not sure if it's the very fine particles or the ingredients, but even though it's so gentle, it really does eliminate the roughness on my forehead. I think this product deserves more recognition. And above all, it smells great. Celvoke's herbal scent is so elegant, I love it.
I've been avoiding gommages and peeling products lately because I'm concerned about friction, but this one was great! I received a sample, and it was refreshing without making my skin feel tight, and the gommage felt soft. I use it about twice a week, and I really like it. I bought it right away.
This is a gentle gel and scrub face wash that doesn't irritate. It has a lovely scent and is soothing to the touch while washing your face. It leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth without any tightness, which is great. I think it's a little pricey for a face wash, but it might make a great gift or for a special occasion.
