Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin feels moisturized and calm immediately after application, and I don't feel any tightness due to dryness when I wash my face the next morning. It's versatile enough to be used not only on the face, but also on areas prone to dryness like elbows and heels, so having one makes seasonal moisturizing care a breeze.
The fact that it comes in a tin gives it a nostalgic feel, like something from the past. It's a thick cream packed with moisturizing ingredients, so once you apply it, it seals your skin tightly, preventing dryness, so you hardly notice any dryness after applying it.
I bought this as a facial moisturizing cream. It can also be used as a hand cream, so I think I'll be able to use it up without any problems. The tube type makes it easy to carry around.
