Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

After washing, my hair felt smooth yet moisturized, and I could feel my hair was manageable and shiny after drying. The scent isn't too strong and lingers subtly, making it suitable for everyday use. However, because the cleansing power is somewhat strong, those with sensitive or dry scalps may want to use it a few times a day to monitor their condition. Overall, considering the price range, it offers a good balance of hair care benefits and ease of use, and I think it's an item I would recommend for those who want to combine daily scalp care with manageable hair.
