Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is one that people will either love or hate, but I quite like it. However, I don't feel like it has much hold or reduces heat damage. It doesn't make your hair feel strangely sticky, so it's easy to use.
Compared to oil, it doesn't have as much of a locking effect, but I really like the smell. I use it at night to straighten my hair before going to bed, and the lovely scent is soothing.

I also have the oil, but this one feels better when I want to straighten my hair. It gives a natural, smooth finish, so I don't feel like I'm using styling products! I really like it. I recommend the oil when you're curly or doing an updo.
