Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When applied to the skin, it absorbs smoothly and is absorbed. After about two weeks of using this, the pores on my nose became smaller! The texture is thick but smooth, so I think it can be used in both summer and winter. However, I didn't notice much effect other than on pores.
I don't feel like I've applied the recommended two pumps to my dry skin, so I use three or four pumps. It does feel like it protects my skin from dryness, but I don't really feel the effects. It's not cost-effective to use a larger amount, so I'm thinking about switching to liposome. I think the first thing you use after washing your face is important, so I'm very careful.
I have very dry skin and when I tried it, I noticed how moisturized it was, so I bought a refill. I'll keep using it.
