Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The high-end product has a fine powder. The scent is reminiscent of Guerlain. The elegant scent really gets me excited. I don't use the included sponge, I just use a brush to finish, and it does a great job of hiding even the smallest pores. It's expensive, but I'd like to keep buying it as long as I'm working.
I had a touch-up done before and liked it, but I had grown enamored with the ease of other BB creams and had drifted away from foundation. I finally decided to buy it on a special point bonus day. The powdery texture, feel, and ease of wear are incomparable to BBs and other foundations, and I have no complaints. I use other products I like, but I really think that Guerlain is great at what they do. It made me want a liquid foundation too...
Even though it's a powder, it has good coverage and beautifully hides redness and dullness. I'm also happy that it doesn't smudge even after a while.
The powder is so fine that it gives me the most poreless skin possible with a powder foundation! It makes imperfections less noticeable and doesn't feel powdery. I think it's a moisturizing foundation. It has good coverage but doesn't feel thick, so I love it.
I like how it has good coverage without feeling thick! However, I am a little concerned about the powder flying off when applying.
