Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use this as a special treatment for days when my hair is dry and tangled. The emulsion-type liquid turns into a cream when applied to the hair, and when you massage it in, it feels slightly warm. I love how it stays firmly in the hair without dripping, and leaves it smooth when rinsed out. It also has a nice scent. It's hard to find in stores, so I was very grateful to be able to purchase it on Suzykirei!

Be careful if you're buying a trial. It's like a hair serum. It seems to suit my hair type, so I bought a bunch of trial pouches this time to recommend it to my fellow older ladies. I'm happy that my hair has become moist and smooth. Flyaways are less noticeable. After leaving it for a few minutes, emulsifying it with a little warm water is even better.
It had a gentle, pleasant scent. When you first pour it out, it's smooth, so I applied it to my hair in several batches, being careful not to spill it. Just as the instructions said, it turned into a cream as I worked it into my hair, which was interesting. After rinsing it out, my hair felt a little tight, but I didn't notice it after drying it. It was really good!! I don't think there were any particular issues.
